A customer asked for a mashup celebration, so I brought Mustafar to the panadería 🔥

These are my Mustafarian co**has: soft, brioche like buns dyed red with a black cocoa crust to mimic that cracked, dried lava look inspired by Mustafar from Star Wars. The traditional co**ha scoring really makes that molten texture come to life!

This menu is extra special to me—I wanted to showcase some unique spring flavors with a few subtle nods to my love of anime and spring mixed in. Think soft florals, cozy bakes, and a little bit of magic in every bite ✨
I’ll have a mix of fresh baked goods, delicate sweets, and a gluten-free & vegan option! All made from scratch in my home bakery.

THANK YOU Cedar Falls Comic Con, you completely blew me away. The Red Fox Bakery sold out BOTH DAYS, and I honestly cannot thank you all enough.
One of my favorite parts of the weekend was seeing so many curious faces stop by my table. So many of you took the time to ask questions, learn about my little home bakery, and listen to me talk about my dream of opening a fandom café someday. Every single conversation meant the world to me.
I also have to say how incredibly kind the special guests were. A special thank you to WWE The Godfather and his team, who were across from me all weekend. The chats we had during slower moments were such a highlight and made the whole experience even more memorable.
And now for a little exciting news… drum roll please 🥁
I will be obtaining a Home Bakery License! This will allow me to expand beyond what Iowa’s cottage food laws allow and bring you even more fun treats. Think things like fruit sandos, onigiri, and other goodies I’ve been dreaming about making for you all.
Thank you for supporting my tiny bakery and helping push me one step closer to making that fandom café dream a reality.
