BIG NEWS: We’re Moving!

Baton Rouge’s biggest export has always been talent. So many incredible people grow up here and leave—not because they want to, but because they feel like there’s nothing fun to stay for. For years, I felt the same way. Everything felt serious. Heavy. Like joy was always on the back burner.

All I wanted was fun—not serious stuff. So I decided to create it.

I never imagined that selling cakes out of my college apartment would turn into this—a real business, a passionate community, and now… a brand new space made just for us.

We’re not opening a second location—we’re just moving into a new one! Our current spot will officially close at the end of August, and we’ll be opening our new location on September 1st.

We’ve completely outgrown our space, and this next chapter gives us everything we’ve dreamed of:
• A fenced-in yard for outdoor events and fun
• A private party room with a full kitchen so we can host even more baking (and cooking!) classes
• The same bright, funky vibe—but custom-built for our kind of magic

This move is possible because of YOU. Every order, every class, every kind word has helped us grow into something so much bigger than cake.

We’re doing this for Baton Rouge. For the kids who want magic. For the adults who still want to play. For the people who believe joy is reason enough.

And we can’t wait to show you what’s next.

🚨April Flavors of the Month🚨

From working solo for 10-hour days to filming PBS segments and having a team of eight amazing girls—this journey has been nothing short of incredible. The growth we’ve experienced is all thanks to our amazing customers and the hardest-working team I could ask for. These girls have been putting in the work, and they deserve a break! So, we’re taking a much-needed beach trip this weekend. We’ll be closing Friday at 5 PM and reopening Tuesday at 11 AM. Custom cake orders close tonight at midnight! Thank you all for the love and support—this little dream just keeps growing!

WOW!! king cake season is officially OVER!! that sure was a Mardi Gras for the books.. since we’ve started classes 3 years ago, we’ve taught over 5,000 people how to make a king cake! I get emotional when I realize how far this bakery and my team has come and even more so when I realize the lasting impact this will have on my community and my favorite traditions🥹 we’ll be wrapping up king cake classes through March 15 then taking a small, but much needed team break!! 😅

we cannot wait to see what the rest of this year brings!! keep an eye out for more cake decorating and cupcake classes for Mother’s Day and Easter!!💐 we will be moving this AUGUST and are so excited to take you along with us for the ride!!🥰
