MY SOURDOUGH OVEN IS HERE!!! 🙌🍞💓

I have been WAITING to share this with y’all!!! I was so incredibly blessed to receive my very own Simply Bread oven as a Gift Given in Jesus’ Name through the IJN Foundation 🕊️

This is SUCH a game changer for Bella’s Baked Happys. Between school, baking, and all the other hats I wear, time management is everythingggg and this oven is going to give me back SO much time. I can now bake more than double the amount of bread at once AND give y’all even better crusts, rise, and flavor!!🤭🍞

I seriously never imagined when I started Bella’s Baked Happys that I would one day have my own sourdough oven. God continues to open doors for this little business that I could have never planned myself.

I’m just SO thankful for this incredibly generous gift and for every single person God has placed in the community surrounding Bella’s Baked Happys. I pray this gift continues to give in Jesus’ Name through every loaf and every person I get to reach. 💓

PRAISE THE LORD!!! God is SO SO GOOD!! 🙌

I will be sharing more so soon but this oven was a Gift Given In Jesus’ Name from the IJN foundation!!!! I am so blessed and never imagined i would be able to have my very own sourdough oven! this is SUCH a gamechanger and im so happy that ill be able to bake more and spread Bella’s Baked Happys with even more people! THANK YOU JESUS!!

Part 1 of some super exciting next steps for my little sourdough microbakery!! 🍞🤍

As orders keep growing, I’m making some changes to my kitchen that are going to make such a difference on bake days and I’m SO excited about it!!

A little update from Bella’s Baked Happys 💕🍞

As orders have grown, I’ve definitely grown out of the process I started with. So for the next few weeks, I’m taking a break from orders while I get my new kitchen space set up and build a system that’s way more efficient for me!

With my fall semester at LSU starting back up, time management is EVERYTHING, and this feels like such a huge step for me and my little microbakery. I’m so excited to create a setup that gives me more time back on bake days and hopefully more time to test new recipes, new items, and all the fun ideas I’ve been wanting to try 🥹💗

Even though orders will be closed for a little bit, my social media will be as active as ever because I have SO many fun things I’m excited to share!! I’ll be posting the whole kitchen series + lots of behind-the-scenes on TikTok and Instagram Bella’s Baked Happys, so stay tuned 🤭🍞✨

I’ll be out of town the following week, so there will be no orders after this drop until September! If you’ve been wanting to stock up, this is the week 👀 I highly recommend grabbing an extra loaf, slicing it up, and freezing it so you have sourdough ready whenever you want it!!
