☕️💚 Bella’s Baked Happys is heading to Oxford, Mississippi, for Ole Miss Kappa Delta Kafé Du Monde this Friday, October 16th!! 💗

I’ll be bringing all your favorite sourdough happys, including fall flavors, mini sourdough flight boxes, and my NEW sourdough brown butter dark chocolate chip cookies!! 🍪🍞

This event is extra special because it supports Prevent Child Abuse America and the North Mississippi Family Exchange Center! A portion of my sales from the event will also go toward supporting these amazing organizations, which makes this pop-up even sweeter!! 🫶🏼

Our hearts are restless until they rests in You! God created us with a deep, built-in desire for Him. 🍞🥖

I always like to think of it like we have a Jesus Sized Hole in our hearts and when we feel that emptiness, we often think it’s better to fill that with things of this world, but they always leave us wanting more. Putting your worth in school grades or performance will never end, trying to be liked by everyone will leave you feeling less than, trying to make as much money as possible will never be enough.

Even when life is good, a quiet dissatisfaction remains. This discomfort is not a flaw; it is our soul signaling that it belongs to it’s creator. The only True peace is from the Lord and happens when a person turns away from these worldly distractions, surrenders them to God, and put Him at the #1 priority in your everyday.

Just as we need food every day, the soul needs regular connection to God through prayer and reflection. 💝-Bella

Lord Jesus, You are the Bread of Life. Thank You for coming to feed my hungry soul. Forgive me when I chase after worldly things that fail to satisfy. Fill the empty places in my heart with Your love, peace, and strength. Help me to depend on You each day. Amen.

LIMITED MADISONVILLE MINI DROP!!! 💗🍞
Orders are OPEN NOW for this week’s little porch pickup drop!! I’m keeping this one a little smaller because I have a private pop up in Baton Rouge on Friday, but I still wanted to make sure my Madisonville people got some sourdough this week!!
Pickup will be October 1st & 2nd and orders CLOSE TOMORROW NIGHT, Tuesday!! Once everything is sold out, it’s sold out for this drop!

such a fun pop up last week at LSU DELTA ZETA for their DZ Mocktails Event!! I’m so blessed to have been apart of helping raise money for their philanthropy! Yall sold me out in under an hour of me being there and i had such a sweet time hanging out and meeting some new faces!! Thank you all so much for the people who came out just to get some bread and I promise to make more for my next one!! 🌸💓💚

“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 💝

This verse is such a simple reminder of what I want at the center of everything I do with Bella’s Baked Happys. I love this little business and everything it has grown into, but I never want the success of it to become more important than why I’m doing it or the One who gave me the ability to do it in the first place.

I’ve said before that I truly see this business as a ministry. That is why I felt called to make the decision to consecrate my business to God. For me, this declaration is a way of saying that this business is His before it is mine. I want Him woven into the ideas before they are spoken, the plans before they are made, and the way I love and serve every person this business allows me to meet.

I also didn’t want this to just be something I said and moved on from. I took 9 days to prepare through a novena with His Way At Work , taking time each day to pray, learn, and really understand what it means to put God at the center of my business.

I know I won’t do this perfectly, and I definitely don’t know where He is going to take it. But I want to keep seeking Him through it, letting Him lead, and remembering that this business is about so much more than orders, numbers, or growth. 🌟💓🙌
My prayer is that as Bella’s Baked Happys grows, my faith grows with it. That through what I make, how I work, how I serve, and how I love people, this little sourdough business can continue to be a ministry and point back to Him.

This is His before it is mine, and whatever comes from it, I pray it is always for His glory.
