For those who know and don't know me, my name is Jordan, and I am tremendously passionate about baking/cooking. As far as I can remember, I was always in the kitchen helping my mother & late grandmother and have always been inspired, intrigued, and genuinely serene when it comes to the kitchen. Especially my grandmother, who was the family cookie maker who always made the best cookies, so I decide

d to continue her baking legacy and honor her by carefully using her recipes, turning classics into modern-day delicacies. Additionally, for many years, I worked with my uncle, Chef Mike Bates, who was not just great but the most fantastic, funniest, and most profound executive chef the world knew. He had a significant influence on my life and was a tremendous spirit to be around; his legacy and inspiration continue to help build my drive for cooking/baking. My grandmother & uncle's untimely deaths took a drastic toll on me. However, I didn't let their deaths become the death of me; I turned my pain into purpose and began pursuing cooking/baking more seriously, developing and working in numerous ways to make a dish taste better than the time before, constantly and consistently building my knowledge and skills to become a better version of myself. Over the past few years, I have mainly focused on desserts, crafting, and creating phenomenal sweets that everyone has been raving about.
