Golden Sugar Bakery Custom Cake and Dessert Designer

POV: You get hired to create the cake for a $50,000 event. 👀
When IDR Decor Rentals NY brought Golden Sugar Bakery onto this production to create the cake, we knew immediately
this wasn’t just another celebration. It was a full experience.

This was a full-scale event production with approximately $50,000 invested into bringing the entire celebration to life from fabrication and rentals to florals, balloons, catering, entertainment, and, of course... cake. ✨

They created an immersive, storybook-like environmentand our job was to make sure the cake didn’t feel like something that was just added in at the end.

It had to feel like it was always meant to be there.

So we pulled inspiration from the colors, textures, and whimsical details surrounding the mockup and translated that story directly into the cake.
📖 Stacked storybooks
🗝️ Antique-inspired details
🦋 Butterflies
🌸 Cascading florals
✨ Ornate gold accents
🌿 Organic textures

Until the cake didn’t just sit in the room…
it belonged to it.

And THIS is one of our favorite parts about what we do:
The most unforgettable events aren’t created by one vendor. They’re created when talented creatives trust each other’s artistry.

Thank you IDR Decor Rentals NY for trusting Golden Sugar Bakery | From Scratch-Custom Cakes | N.Y.C🗽| 🇯🇲🇬🇾 to be part of this vision. 🤍

POV: You just found the cake artist you’ve been searching for✨

Hi, my name is Sabrina, the cake artist and creative director behind Golden Sugar Bakery 🤍

I’ve always believed that cake should be more than just “pretty.”
It should taste incredible, feel intentional, and reflect the moment it’s made for.

At Golden Sugar Bakery, everything is made from scratch using premium ingredients. Some clients come with inspiration photos, others give us full creative control… either way, we transform your vision and event details into edible art that feels elevated, cohesive, and uniquely yours.

Because let’s be honest…
you don’t get a redo on your celebration.

Whether you’re planning something intimate or a full statement piece, your cake should feel like it was made just for you! Not something generic, mass produced or filled with ingredients you can’t pronounce 👎🏽

That’s exactly what we do here 🤍
✨ Custom designs tailored to your theme
✨ Flavors your guests actually remember
✨ A seamless, luxury experience from inquiry to pickup/delivery

Dates book quickly (especially for peak weekends), and we’re currently accepting a limited number of orders.

This advice will bring you further than you’ve ever dreamed of ✨

👉🏽DON’T LOOK AT OTHER CAKES FOR INSPIRATION 👈🏽

Did you know that the molds that we use for fondant to create borders were inspired by roman architecture? If you haven’t before, google and look for your self. Aren’t those borders a b*tch to replicate without the mold? That’s how your cakes should be as well… thats where the money is at 💰
