If someone else placed the order for you, please make sure to mention the NAME the order was placed under during pick up.

Example:
✔️ “I’m picking up the cake ordered by Sarah for Mom.”

This helps us quickly verify the correct order and ensures the right cake goes home with the right customer 😊

Please also let me know ahead of time if you need a specific cake topper or candles. All orders come with a generic “Happy Birthday” topper and a candle unless otherwise requested 🎉

For scheduled pick ups, please arrive as close as possible to your agreed pick up time. Arriving too early may disrupt ongoing order preparations and packaging for other customers 😊

Also, please remember that home bakers prepare every order with care, love, and hard work. A little kindness and patience during pick up truly goes a long way 💖
