Hey Folks! Just a quick announcement about this weekend -

Jonathan will be away on assignment this weekend (it's his birthday, be sure to wish him a happy one ๐Ÿฅณ) so we will have no pretzels on Friday and we will be closed on Sunday. We will have pretzels and sourdough on Saturday, including Focaccia!!

So, our weekend will be as follows -

Friday - pastries and donuts, no pretzels
Saturday - all your favorites, including pretzels, sourdough, and focaccia, just no Jonathan
Sunday - CLOSED

โœจโœจ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT โœจโœจ

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but here we are.

Jonathan and I split up last fall and have been doing (I think) a pretty great job of running the bakery together since then. Unfortunately though, the time has come where the best thing for both of us to be able to move on with our lives is for me to move on from the bakery. My last weekend at Crust Never Sleeps will be the last weekend of July, the 24th-26th. Then the bakery will be closed for a few weeks while Jonathan resets and takes some time on the road to visit family. The bakery will reopen on Saturday, August 22 at 8:00am. As of right now, I'm planning on starting a bakery food trailer in the early fall, but that may turn into a brick and mortar if I find the right space. (If you know a commercial realtor that can help me find a place, please send them my way!)

That said, I will be starting a mailing list to keep everyone updated about my process. There will be a sheet at the bakery for you to leave your email, or you can send me a message with your email and I'll add you to the list.

This is extremely hard for both of us, so we appreciate you respecting our privacy and keeping chatter at the bakery to a minimum. Feel free to send me a message here if you have any questions. I would just love for the transition at the bakery to be as peaceful as possible.

Thank you all for all of the love and support these past few years. It was quite the ride! It's been such an overwhelmingly incredible experience and I'm looking forward to seeing what both of us are able to do in the future.

We have a big weekend coming up and we hope you'll come see us!

On Friday we will not have donuts or bread, but we'll have a full case of pastries and pretzels to help prepare you for the long weekend.

On Saturday we'll have Sesame Gouda Grit Sourdough, Chocolate Olive Oil Cake, and all of your other favorites.

On Sunday we'll have Mini Key Lime Pies and Garlic Rosemary Focaccia available first come, first served. We'll also have Marble Rye, a special seasonal croissant, and so much more.
