You’ve seen their specials, cakes, and pastries here often, and we’re so excited to announce that Kat, ♡︎ 𝕜𝕒𝕥 ♡︎ , is our new Bakery Manager!! Kat has been a part of our team for just over a year and quickly became a vital part of French Broad Pastry. They started in pastry in just 2023 and we are SO lucky they landed in our bakery.
Kat works so hard to provide a perfect life for their son, Casserole, and will continue our goal of providing Asheville and WNC with the best French pastries around!
Please join us in congratulating ♡︎ 𝕜𝕒𝕥 ♡︎ on the promotion and 😍-ing that lamination!! We couldn’t do it without them!!
