Endive is a tough one to pair with w**e, but this Chenin Blanc can handle it—perfect 🍐ing (ha).

Confit Mushroom Toast: this one is a classic you definitely shouldn’t sleep on. Greens, preserved lemon, fennel, and chili oil make this toast *so* special.
