Tomorrow, September 25th, is National Food Service Workers Day, and we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible people who keep our community fed and cared for.

From cooks and dishwashers to servers, bartenders, cashiers, catering managers, and food service teams everywhere, you are the heart and soul of one of the country’s most essential industries.

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Asheville faced unprecedented challenges, but we could not be prouder to be part of an industry and community that bands together when times get tough.

We’d like to share Giving Kitchen ‘s mission to recognize and support food service workers.

Need support? If you are still working to get back on your feet, please don’t hesitate to ask for help through Giving Kitchen.
Want to support? If you are able, please consider donating to help food service workers in need.

Thank you to everyone in the food service industry for your dedication, hard work, and resilience!💜

Sending love to our friends over at High Five Coffee today. 🤍

As many of you know, they unfortunately lost their French Broad River location to a fire recently. The High Five team has already set up a GoFundMe to help take care of their staff and start the rebuilding process, and we wanted to share it here to help them get the word out.

If you’re able to chip in or even just share their link, it makes a massive difference for their crew right now.
We’ve added the link to their official fundraiser in our bio.
