I milled 65+ pounds of wheat for my micro-bakery!
This week was INSANE, and I felt the hand of the Lord through every step of the way 🤍🥹

Through every batch of grain milled, each dough mixed, every loaf shaped and baked - and then doing it all over again just two days later. He is so faithful to provide. Not just in orders but in STRENGTH to do it with 3 littles at home. 🤍

I’m also working more and more toward teaching you how to feel confident in your own freshly milled flour journey. There’s so much to learn, but I want you to know that you can do this! 🥰

Each month we have a roatating specials menu & this months is 🔥
🍫 Chocolate chip scones: using high quality mini chocolate chips, topped with a traditional vanilla glaze. This isn’t a dry scone- it’s tender, moist and perfectly sweet.
🤎Oatmeal cream pie cookies: A homemade twist on the classic Little Debbie snack so many of us grew up eating. Might I argue these are almost a health food? 👀✨ You won’t find any high-fructose corn syrup here!
🧄 Garlic & dill cream cheese rolls: these are twist on Korean cream cheese garlic bread. The bread is made with our classic milk bread buns, filled with a GARLICLY cream cheese filling & finally topped with butter cream cheese & dill. If you’re a garlic lover, these rolls are for you 🔥

A little bakery update 🤍

Simply Grains will be taking a short break while we enjoy some family vacation time! ✈️

There will be no bake days on 8/20, 8/27, and 9/03. We’ll be back to our normal bake schedule on 9/10!

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. I’m so grateful for every order and can’t wait to get back in the kitchen baking for you all! 🥖🍪🤍
