Polka Dot Gal Bakery started 8 years ago on the 4th of July. I started this business making 4th of July cookies with a sweet friend. That spurred on a huge love of creativity through decorating cookies. My LLC was formed in 2020 during the crazy mess of covid shut down.
I have loved this business so much and have made some beautiful creations over the past 8 years.

With both joy and heaviness I have decided to close the bakery effective this July 4th. This decision is the best choice for myself and my family, but it is a hard choice leaving behind my clients and my cookie joy.

I will have a large 4th of July pre-sale as a final farewell to all my sweet clients!
