Bubs Baked Thanksgiving Apple Pie Drop!

Thanksgiving is coming. Let's talk pie.

We're opening Thanksgiving preorders early at Bubs Baked, and we're starting with a classic that belongs on every holiday table: Homemade apple pie.

Think flaky crust, warm apple filling, and those familiar fall flavors that make Thanksgiving feel like Thanksgiving. It's the kind of dessert that brings everyone back to the table for one more slice.

Whether you're hosting dinner, bringing dessert to someone else's house, or simply making sure there's pie waiting for you after the big meal, we've got you covered.

A LITTLE HEADS-UP: PIES WILL BE LIMITED!

We're a small, local cottage bakery, and we can only make so many pies for Thanksgiving. Once our limited supply is spoken for, preorders will close.

Well, this is a fun little plot twist! 🧁

Two high school besties who grew up and started their own bakeries are now teaming up for something new!

My longtime friend Rebecca, owner of Little E's Sweets, has been making gorgeous cakes, macarons, cupcakes, and more for over a decade. Meanwhile, I'm over here slinging cinnamon rolls with Big Buns Bakery! 😂

We've taken two very different paths in the baking world, learned a whole lot along the way (sometimes the hard way), and decided to put our experiences together!

Coming in early 2027: "So, You Want to Be a Cottage Baker in Texas?"

A series of live webinars where we'll talk about the ins, outs, and everything in between of starting and running a cottage bakery. We're also hoping to bring in other cottage bakery owners to share their experiences, lessons learned, and perspectives!

We're excited to see where this goes!

THESE ARE MY PEOPLE.
THIS IS BUBS BAKED.

A few months ago, this wonderful woman on the right discovered Bubs Baked after trying one of my Oatmeal Cream Pies. Apparently, she liked what she tasted.

Since then, she's been coming back almost every week, sometimes buying every last Oatmeal Cream Pie I have left. But here's the part that really gets me: she didn't keep Bubs Baked to herself. She started telling her friends about me.

And this past Saturday? She brought them all along. They came rolling up to my table, smiling, laughing, showing love, and buying 3, 6, even 10 cookies at a time!

Now, don't get me wrong. Selling cookies is how I make a living. But moments like this? THIS is why I do what I do.

It's not just about the cookies. It's about the people. The conversations. The familiar faces who become friends. The customers who turn into your biggest supporters and bring their own people along for the ride.

I'm just a guy baking cookies and pies in his kitchen, trying to build something special here in our community. And then something like this happens, and I'm reminded that it's becoming about so much more than that.

To these ladies, thank you. Thank you for supporting my little business, for spreading the word, for bringing your friends, and for making a guy feel like he's doing something right. You have no idea how much it means to me.

Good cookies bring people to the table. Good people make it all worthwhile.
