✨Our gluten free Honey + Nut Granola was a hit at the farmer's market last summer, but that isn't surprising because it is REAL granola made of REAL foods. It is full of organic gluten free oats, pecans, organic flax seeds and sweetened with raw honey. I may have been snacking while I was taking photos... haha! ✨

I just made up a fresh batch and have a few available for sale! Send a message via messenger if you would like a bag!

Freshly made granola to sweeten your day! Made with organic + gluten free oats, raw wildflower honey, and pecans. Our favorite ways to enjoy this granola is sprinkled on yogurt or ice cream and eaten along with fruit!

✨We've just added this decadent cake to our offerings- thanks to a customer's request! I present you with our Flourless Chocolate Cake! It is covered in a chocolate + coconut ganache and sprinkled with flaky salt. Gluten free, dairy free and amazingly rich! This would make a perfect birthday cake or holiday dessert to bring to a gathering!✨

You have one more chance to try out Honey Thatch Bakery's GLUTEN FREE baked goods before the market season is over! Tomorrow (Wednesday) is our last Market for the season. We'll have glazed lemon pound cake, strawberry rhubarb oatmeal bars, spiced pumpkin streusel muffins, triple chocolate peanut butter cookies, cinnamon rolls and more. Everything we bake is gluten free!
