New pans, first proper sear. Cape Grim beef, an Australian red to lift the fond, then hours of patience. Worth the wait, in my opinion.

新しい鍋、最初の本気の焼き付け。ケープグリムビーフに、旨みを引き出すオーストラリア産の赤ワイン。そこから数時間の辛抱です。待つ価値あり、と思っています。

Finally! We apologise for the wait but we're now back and cooking.

The new beast. This machine will help us to cook more fillings faster, better and ensure we have more of the pies you like more often. Great news for our online customers who are often waiting for restock.

We also hope to make some more specials for our guests that want to try something different. We're really excited.

And most importantly, a big thank you to everyone who has visited and continues to support Punk Doily. We couldn't have done this without you. Thank you.

お待たせしました！やっと厨房に戻って、またパイを焼き始めてます。

新しい頼もしい相棒（マシン）を導入しました。この機械のおかげで、より素早く美味しく大量のフィリングを作れるようになります。皆さんの大好きなパイをもっと定期的にお届けできるようになるので、いつも再入荷を待ってくださっているオンラインショップのお客様にも朗報です！

さらに、ちょっと特別なものを食べてみたいお客様のために、新作のスペシャルパイも作っていきたいと思っています。私たちも今からワクワクしています！
