Its been and extremely busy week with two celebration cakes and Eynsham Carnival to bake for. Here's the first of the two celebration cakes this one was for a retiring finance director. I actually created the Excel spreadsheet and got an edible icing sheet printed. The rest of the decorations are hand made. Happy Retirement Russell 😀

I think this is one of my favourite cakes made this year. The tiger is made from rice krispie treats and icing and is hand painted. It was very hot and steamy this week for baking and icing cakes but I managed to create this cake for Dano who loves tigers. He is celebrating this weekend with friends and family.
