Light and fluffy lemon sponge with a homemade lemon curd centre, topped with silky toasted Swiss meringue and finished with a fresh mint leaf.

Sweet, zesty and bursting with fresh lemon flavour – they’re everything you love about a classic lemon meringue pie in cupcake form.

A sweet way to celebrate a huge achievement! 👩‍⚕️🩺🎓

These Biscoff cupcakes headed out today to celebrate a very special graduation.

Soft vanilla cupcakes, topped with silky Biscoff buttercream, an extra drizzle of Biscoff, and finished with a Lotus biscuit. The doctor-themed toppers made them even more special.

Congratulations on all your hard work and on becoming a doctor – what an incredible milestone! Wishing you every success in your next chapter. 🤍

Starting the week with some exciting news… 💚

I’m so proud to share that Threefold Bakery Witney has officially been awarded a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I started this little home bakery, I wanted to create delicious bakes that people could enjoy and trust. Receiving the highest possible hygiene rating is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. Whether you’ve placed an order, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along on this journey, it genuinely means so much.

I’m so excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to keep baking for you all. 🤍🍞

🍯 Sticky Toffee Cinnamon Buns 🍂

Soft, pillowy cinnamon buns drenched in a rich homemade sticky toffee sauce, baked until golden and finished with a generous pour of warm toffee goodness.

These have become a firm favourite in our house and I can see why!

A special birthday celebration calls for something extra indulgent… ✨

This large Tiramisu Cake is made with soft vanilla sponge soaked in Tia Maria and rich coffee syrup, layered with smooth cream cheese coffee buttercream and an added layer of dark chocolate espresso ganache for even more decadence ☕🍫

Bold coffee flavours, silky chocolate, and just the right touch of liqueur — the perfect centrepiece for a special birthday celebration 🎂

Not all sourdough has to become another loaf… sometimes it becomes this. 🤎

Triple chocolate indulgent brownies made with leftover sourdough starter for the fudgiest texture and that perfect crackly top ✨

Rich dark chocolate, melty chunks throughout and a little tang from the sourdough that somehow makes them even more chocolatey.

Proof that “leftovers” can still feel luxurious 🍫
