🍋🫐 Lemon & Elderflower Celebration Cake 🫐🍋

Soft lemon and elderflower sponge, layered with homemade blackberry icing and finished with a rustic buttercream coating. Decorated simply with fresh lemon slices, blackberries and delicate buttercream swirls for a fresh, summery finish.

I love creating cakes that let the flavours do the talking while still looking beautiful on the table.

A busy weekend in the kitchen 💛

This weekend’s celebration cakes were two very different favourites…

🎮 A classic Victoria sponge for a gamer-mad birthday boy, finished with vanilla buttercream and a fun gaming topper.

☕️ A three-layer coffee cake for a birthday celebration, filled and topped with silky coffee buttercream and finished with a dusting of cocoa.

I love creating cakes that are personal to each celebration, whether it’s simple and classic or something a little more special.

🍋 Lemon Meringue Cupcakes 🍋

The perfect summer treat. ☀️

Light and fluffy lemon sponge with a homemade lemon curd centre, topped with silky toasted Swiss meringue and finished with a fresh mint leaf.

Sweet, zesty and bursting with fresh lemon flavour – they’re everything you love about a classic lemon meringue pie in cupcake form.

A sweet way to celebrate a huge achievement! 👩‍⚕️🩺🎓

These Biscoff cupcakes headed out today to celebrate a very special graduation.

Soft vanilla cupcakes, topped with silky Biscoff buttercream, an extra drizzle of Biscoff, and finished with a Lotus biscuit. The doctor-themed toppers made them even more special.

Congratulations on all your hard work and on becoming a doctor – what an incredible milestone! Wishing you every success in your next chapter. 🤍

Starting the week with some exciting news… 💚

I’m so proud to share that Threefold Bakery Witney has officially been awarded a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I started this little home bakery, I wanted to create delicious bakes that people could enjoy and trust. Receiving the highest possible hygiene rating is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. Whether you’ve placed an order, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along on this journey, it genuinely means so much.

🍯 Sticky Toffee Cinnamon Buns 🍂

Soft, pillowy cinnamon buns drenched in a rich homemade sticky toffee sauce, baked until golden and finished with a generous pour of warm toffee goodness.

These have become a firm favourite in our house and I can see why!
