💚 Today we shared some love (and freshness!) with our neighbours by giving them Dulce Verdes, one of our favourite juices. 🥒🍏🌿

It’s a refreshing, naturally sweet green blend made with cucumber, apple, spinach, and kale – the perfect pick-me-up on a busy day. ✨

For us, it’s all about looking out for the people around us and sharing the little things that make life brighter (and tastier). 💚

Pastrami Rachel

A variation of the famous Reuben pastrami sandwich, this sandwich is layered with slices of slowly smoked brisket, Eaten Alive sauerkraut, a Russian dressing with horseradish and served between slices of our Potato and Rosemary Sourdough.

✨ Today’s all about simple joys: good cinnamon buns and good neighbours.

Freshly baked, warm, and full of sweetness – our cinnamon buns taste even better when shared with the community around us. 🥮🌿 Because at GAIL’s, we believe that good food brings people closer, and nothing makes a neighbourhood feel more like home than kindness (and maybe a nice cup of coffee).

☀️💛 When the sun is blazing, nothing feels better than something cool. That’s why, during the heatwave days, we’ve been sharing iced chai lattes with our neighbours – the hardworking teams in the stores around us. 🧋✨

It’s a small way to say thank you for all they do, and to keep everyone refreshed while the summer heat does its thing. Because at GAIL’s, community means looking out for each other – one iced chai at a time. 🌿

Kelcey is the Head Baker of our shop, she makes all the incredible bakes!

She loves our Ham & Cheese Croissants and her favourite drink is an Iced Chocolate 🧊🍫

Outside of work she loves a long dog walk and baking even more sweet treats ❤️

💛 This time, we wanted to spread a little unexpected joy. So we put together surprise bags filled with some of our best sweets and shared them with local market owners. 🛍️🍪

It’s our way of saying thank you to the people who keep our neighbourhoods alive and buzzing every day. A small gesture, but one we hope brought a smile (and maybe a sugar rush!) to their day. ✨

Because at GAIL’s, sharing what we bake is our favourite way to connect with the community we love. 🫶
