The most fun I’ve had putting a cake together. I have to admit I’ve never read the books or seen the movies but when an 8 yr old boy and big Lord of the Rings fan comes to you with a brief for this cake I couldn’t say no. I experimented with new things and had so much fun in the process.

And when you receive messages like this, it makes it all so worthwhile…..

‘Hi Kat, yes all was great thank you, we are still enjoying it now and it was delicious! One very happy 8 year old, best cake I’ve ever seen, thank you so much for creating it for him!’
