To all customers,

I’ve recently been flooded with enquiries from loyal and new customers, and I can’t thank you all enough.
However, unfortunately due to unforeseen medical circumstances I am unable to take on any new orders until further notice. Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconveniences caused.
Hopefully I will be back in the kitchen soon, whipping up some yummy cakes for all of you!

💞It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted but rest assured I’ve still been baking away, since my sons birthday and through the festive period I’ve been inundated with orders and enquiries and I’m so incredibly greatful for my customers continued support! My husband wanted to take a “few” cupcakes to his staff to show his appreciation for their hard work so he took 36!

🍋Vanilla sponge with a lemon curd filling, topped with a vanilla bean buttercream and lemon coulis. Decorated with dehydrated lemon pieces.

🍫Chocolate sponge with a salted caramel filling, topped with a white chocolate ganache buttercream and chocolate drizzle. Decorated with chocolate pieces.

12x Bueno cupcakes - Vanilla sponge, with a white chocolate hazelnut ganache filling, decorated with a white chocolate hazelnut buttercream, chocolate drizzle and topped with bueno pieces

12x Oreo cupcakes - Chocolate sponge, with a white chocolate ganache filling, decorated with a cookies and cream buttercream, chocolate drizzle and topped with Oreo pieces

The cake is made up of vanilla bean sponges, sandwiched between a homemade strawberry jam and vanilla bean buttercream, encased in a white chocolate ganache. Decorated with a blue white chocolate ganache wrap, blue white chocolate ganache drip, cake bubbles, acrylic cake charms, premium sprinkles and macarons.

Ofcourse all three finished with a spritz of glitter✨

🔴🟡🔵The One Where Adam Turns Thirty🔵🟡🔴

If you know me well you know I am obsessed with friends! When I was asked if I could make a friends cake I absolutely jumped at the chance and I love how it turned out!

The cake is made up of dark chocolate sponges, layered between a semisweet chocolate ganache, with a salted caramel filling and enveloped in a vanilla bean buttercream. Decorated with vanilla bean buttercream pipework, edible icing sheet cake toppers, sugar pearl sprinkles and finished off with a spritz of glitter ✨
