When Trudy decided to book a cake for her mum Sheila, she did so all the way from Australia!
With a leap of faith and huge trust in me I managed to make it just how she wanted, and I think im safe to say she was super happy..... 😍

This was for a special 60th birthday, completely gluten free, with a little crown to represent Sheila who was dressing up as a queen at her fancy dress birthday party!
