I am still here 👋🏻
After getting really poorly beginning of 2025 I decided to put a pin in my baking. Baking alongside my full time job and three kids along with being poorly just wasn’t right for me.
However, baking is my favourite thing to do. Making and decorating is so much fun for me. So since being back to full health, I have been baking for friends and family.
There seem to be so many people baking now, which is amazing to see but I definitely feel like a small fish in a big pond.
Maybe with a few more courses etc I can rebuild my confidence and it will be something I can restart as a job…. 💛
This is a Victoria sponge cake I made for my wonderful friend who requested ‘bright and happy’ to gift to her friend 💛🐝 complete with hand painted sunflowers 🌻
