🎉 ONE YEAR OF WEEKLY CHEESECAKES! 🎉🍰
Today marks ONE YEAR since I started making my weekly cheesecakes… and honestly, what a year it has been. 🥹❤️
There have been so many amazing moments — sold-out Saturdays, new customers, lovely messages, new flavours, familiar faces and watching SweetArt Cake slowly grow. 🫶
But… it hasn’t always been pretty and perfect. And I think it’s important to say that too. ❤️
There have been weekends when I stood there looking at cheesecakes that didn’t sell and thought: “Why am I doing this?” 😅
There were tears. There were weekends when I barely sold anything and my partner ended up eating cheesecake for days because… well, someone had to! 😂🍰
There were moments when I questioned whether all the early mornings, late nights, shopping, baking, decorating, packing and cleaning were actually worth it.
Running a little business isn’t always Instagram-perfect. Sometimes it’s exciting and rewarding, and sometimes it’s exhausting, frustrating and full of doubt.
But then someone comes back and tells me how much they loved their cheesecake. ❤️
Someone recommends me to a friend.
Someone stops by because they saw my little sign outside.
Someone sends me a lovely message.
And suddenly I remember exactly why I started. 🥹
So today I’m not just celebrating the good bits. I’m celebrating the whole year — the sold-out weekends AND the leftovers, the excitement AND the tears, the confidence AND the moments of “what am I even doing?” 😂❤️
And most importantly, I’m celebrating YOU — the people who have supported my little business and helped me keep going.
