🍂 NEW AUTUMN CREATION 🍂

Apple Crumble Biscoff Cheesecake 🍎🤎

Inspired by a waffle I enjoyed on the Polish seaside this summer, I decided to create something completely my own.

After a few ideas, sketches and plenty of taste-testing, this cheesecake was born – an original SweetArt Cake recipe created from scratch and packed with my favourite autumn flavours.

🍎 Slow-cooked cinnamon apples
🥮 Buttery crumble base
🤍 Light and creamy cheesecake filling made with Philadelphia, mascarpone and fresh cream
🤎 Smooth Biscoff topping

This is the very first test bake for my upcoming Autumn Collection, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

What makes it even more special? This isn't a recipe copied from a book or the internet – it's my own creation, inspired by a summer memory and transformed into an autumn dessert. 🍂
