Today is International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste and we wanted to share one of the ways we’re helping to combat food waste here at Flower & White.
Meet our Meringue Mess 👀
Think of it as a meringue pick & mix, packed with all the delicious pieces that aren’t quite perfect enough to make it into our usual packs. Too big, too small, cracked, broken, a little too much chocolate or maybe not quite enough.
But the quality? Still phenomenal. Made using the same quality ingredients and tasting just as delicious. We’re just not about letting perfectly good meringue go to waste.
Every bag is different too. You could find pieces from Flower & White, The Glorious Mess or Cotswold Meringues, making every bag a bit of a mystery box.
Eat them straight from the bag, pop them in a bowl with cream and fresh berries for a super quick and easy dessert, sprinkle them over yoghurt or add them to your favourite pud. The options are endless. 🍓✨
