Found this picture recently, made me smile so much. Imagine how happy little Liv would be knowing what I’ve achieved. Always route for yourself.

And there’s another quarter of the year gone! Me and Jez got matching tattoos in honour of my grandad, spent lots of time at sale water park, celebrated both renatas and Jez’s birthdays, did many a run , had many many matchas, made some sick as hell badges and just generally had a goated time. See you at the end of 2026 🫡

Happy National Chai Day! Make this super duper easy and tasty chai concentrate at home!

You will need:
* 3 cups Boiling water
* 10x Chai bags ( I used 5x pumpkin chai and 5x regular chai)
* 1 Cup sugar
* Cinnamon + ginger to taste (And mixed spice if you like)

1. Put the water and chai bags in a pot and boil for 5 minutes

2. Turn off the heat and leave to steep for a further 10 minutes

3. Take out the teabags and add the sugar and spices

4. Leave to cool, then put into a container
