Calling all experienced and enthusiastic leaders – Bële Brownies & Co. is on the hunt for a brilliant Café Manager & Lead Barista! 🤎✨
We are looking for someone full of energy to join our friendly, hardworking team in a full-time capacity (4 or 5 days a week, including weekends). This is a role for a true pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What you’ll need:
☕ Genuine experience with a busy commercial espresso machine.
🖥️ Proficiency with EPOS till systems and customer relations.
💪 A passion for team motivation, training, and shift management.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on management role! Beyond making the perfect flat white, you’ll be:
✨ Leading and motivating a great team.
🌿 Championing health & safety and food hygiene.
📅 Managing rotas and our social media presence.
💡 Being a forward-thinker! We want your ideas on business improvements and how to smash our sales targets.
