After a lot of thinking I've made the very difficult decision to close Katy Bakes. Many of you will know that I've always run my cake topper business alongside a demanding day job and after 18 months of spending every moment that I'm not working one job, working the other, I've had to accept it's not manageable long term. I'm so grateful for all the support I've had from my friends, family (especially my incredibly patient and supportive husband Danny Flare) and followers - I've made more cake toppers in the last year than i ever imagined possible! I'll still be baking for fun, and I might even share the odd creation on here 😊 thank you and bye for now x
