🧸💙 This weekend’s cake creation for a very special christening! 💙🧸

I absolutely loved making this one! From the baby blocks to the bunting, clouds and polka-dot bow, it was all about those cute little details. ☁️🎀

And yes… everything is edible apart from the teddy bears! 🧸💙

So I was asked to make a cake for an upcoming 70th birthday and was given the challenge of incorporating ALL of the birthday boy’s favourite things into the design… 🤔

His likes were:
⛳️ Golf
⚽️ Newcastle FC
🇪🇸 Spain
🐶 Spanish Water Dogs

Needless to say, I scratched my head for a good few hours wondering how on earth I was going to get golf, Newcastle, Spain AND a dog onto one cake without it looking like a very confused holiday brochure! 😂

But after a bit of head-scratching, a few ideas (and probably far too much overthinking 🤣), I came up with this design…

What do you think? 🎂⛳️⚽️🇪🇸🐶
