📢 A little update from The Handcrafted Scone Co 📢

We’ve been a bit quiet lately and wanted to let you know why — our wonderful baker Jon has had a bit of a health setback and is taking things steady while he recovers. 🤍

Please don’t worry at all: we are honouring every single order already placed — all of those will be made and delivered as planned, nothing is forgotten!

For now though, you won’t see us out and about at markets and fairs with our gazebo for a little while — it’s just all the heavy lifting, setting up and travelling that we’re pausing for now.

We are still very much here for your orders! ✨ We can happily bake and prepare everything from home — so if you’d like cream teas, scones, or platters for any occasion, just send us a message or give us a call, we’d love to help.

Thank you so much for all your kindness and support — it means the world to us. We’ll be back out with the stall as soon as we can! 💛

While we’ve been away, we’ve been busy planning new ideas — and I’ve been getting stuck into my artwork, getting ready for a fair this coming Saturday! 🎨

Even with all the prep, we’re still fully available for:
✅ Cream tea orders — fresh, homemade & delicious
✅ Charcuterie boards — perfect for weddings, parties & gatherings
✅ Bookings at fairs & events — if you know a great one we should join, let us know!

Just a little update from me — I’m now testing and making cheese straws to add alongside my usual favourites: scones and focaccia bread.

I think once I’ve got these cheese straws just right, that’ll be the full range sorted — so you’ll have three lovely choices:
✅ Freshly baked scones
✅ Soft, flavourful focaccia
✅ Crisp, tasty cheese straws

No more new additions planned after this — just perfecting these three to make sure every batch is as good as it can be!
