FOOLPROOF cupcake recipe using the classic egg method always💯🧁

Weigh out your eggs first and then match the butter, sugar and self raising flour. My three eggs weigh 200g here so 200g of each ingredient plus a dash of milk and vanilla…they always come out perfect!

I cook at 160 for 23/25 mins😊
