It was the hottest day of the year and the air con stopped working in my car so that was a new challenge to getting it to the party in one piece! I was happy to see the cake didn't melt and didn't droop later on in the day 🥳

And just like my baby girl is 1! She is the main reason I've been fairly MIA on my baking socials other than odd cake here and there. I've so enjoyed my first year with her, but i am ready to ramp up the baking again now 🙌

I did the same for her as I did my son...
