We recently welcomed Ollie from the M&S Café Product Development team to our bakery for the first production run of a new line launching in January.

First production runs are always a special moment for us, but it's extra special when our customers join us on the line. As well as overseeing the run, Ollie got stuck in with making some of the products himself!

We can't wait to see the line in M&S Cafés next year! ☕

We are hiring Production Operatives! 🥣

This is a hands-on, full-time production operative role in our bakery. You'll be directly involved in preparing, baking and finishing our cakes, biscuits and brownies, helping us maintain high standards and consistency across every batch, in a clean, well-organised factory. No weekend work is required, but optional overtime is available when required and paid at time and at a half-enhanced rate.

👨‍🍳Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm
👨‍🍳Immediate start - based in Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham
👨‍🍳Competitive rates with overtime at time and a half
👨‍🍳Production operative experience preferred but not essential

Judges praised the "outstanding quality" of our products, and added it was "great to see no corners being taken" in the manufacturing process.
