Easter is always my favourite season to bake in! So many things to do!

The favourite is definitely Easter Egg Scotch Eggs though!
Most people like to just use Creme Eggs, I however, don’t like them so like to give an option and this year I have made 3 different flavours!

•Lindor Lindt Eggs - Who doesn’t love Lindt chocolate 😍
• Cadburys Creme Egg
• Cadburys Caramel Egg

All are incased in brownie, covered in milk chocolate & then rolled in crushed biscuits!
What could be better…oh, the fact they are now available at Favourite Beers!

They usually sell out pretty quickly and I don’t know if I’ll be able to make more for next week so be quick for a little payday/weekend/because you deserve it treat!

Good Luck to Fairford Vixens in their match today!

Tomorrow the Vixens travel to Newbury for a friendly fixture. Kick off is 1400 for anyone who can get across to support.

I know I have been extremely quiet on here recently (or quite a while 😬)!

I have still been baking - as ever, February was my busiest month for celebration cakes and I have got a lot more booked in!

Between working my full time job, baking, decorating & general life, hours in the day seemed to slip away with posting on SM not becoming a priority as sometimes it feels like a full time job in itself! I promise to try & get better at it again though!

I also know that sometimes I don’t reply to messages. Truth is, sometimes I don’t even see them😭!
I have an auto reply set up to remind people the details I need for an order, unfortunately this automatically marks messages as read, even though I haven’t seen them🫣!
Sometimes a second message after you’ve read the auto reply is needed ☺️

Thanks to everyone who has ordered cakes so far this year, and if you are looking for one, if I can fit you in, I will!

From Cookie Monster Pumpkin to Cookie Monster Cake!!

Made for my Nephew & Niece and their friends at their Halloween Party today! (They also have a Cookie Monster Pumpkin)!

Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache filling. Covered in blue buttercream, fondant features and of course, a cookie!

My usual fudgey brownies have had a bit of a boozy makeover!

To celebrate their 12th Birthday, Favourite Beers teamed up with DEYA Brewing Company to brew a special collaboration beer - Muddy Waters.

With the launch of the beer at a Meet the Brewer event tonight, attendees will also be getting a brownie…with the beer in!!

Black Forest Gateau inspired cake - featuring a lot of Kirsch!

Chocolate sponge layered & decorated with Kirsch soaked cherries, Kirsch spiked milk & dark chocolate ganache and fresh cream. With homemade Kirsch spiked chocolate truffles!

For the 22/23 season I have sponsored my best friend who plays Rugby for Fairford Vixens.
Today they are playing in a cup game against Bicester Vixens Women's Rugby Team & I’ve come along to support them!

The lovely Verena Bowen - Queen 👑 of Little Hatchlings is having her own Little Hatchling 🐣 🥰

Today was her Baby Shower, so of course, Cake was needed!

Vanilla Funfetti cake with pink vanilla buttercream, white chocolate drip, mini meringues, white chocolate buttons and Pink & Gold sprinkles! All topped with a personalised acrylic topper!
