Why should you miss out if you’re diabetic, dairy or gluten free? You don’t have to!

When in Prestbury reached to me on behalf of a customer looking for a cake for his wife’s birthday that had to be diabetic friendly and gluten free I did my best to help.

These dairy free cupcakes were made using plant butter in both the cupcakes and the vegan buttercream.

The cake is made with almond flour and contains no sugar at all! And very little carbohydrates. Made using Erythritol for a lovely diabetic lady’s 80th birthday. It has a cream filling and whipped cream on top with berries.

I really liked the almond flour in the cake, although usually I tend to avoid it due to nut allergies. But if you need a gluten free and low carb option. This cake was just divine.

As much as I love conventional wedding cakes, I also love a set up that’s a little different. And when Frankie asked for Donuts as part of her day I was 100% on board.
