Blink and it's nearly the late summer bank holiday already! I don't know if you can cope with that any better than I can, but if it helps... I've baked through five heatwaves 🥵 to get us this far. 🙃

We'll be back at The Open Market this Saturday (29th August, 10 AM to 5 PM) with a selection of coeliac-friendly, low sugar, low carb and diabetic-friendly sweet and savoury treats - some familiar, some seasonal 🍑, and all made with love ❤️

So this month's seasonal cupcake was a fairly easy decision 😋

Brighton seems to have skipped straight into summer this week... which feels like a bold statement, but I'm happy to go along with it! 😎

Which means we will be back at Brighton Open Market this coming Saturday 🧁🥳

We will be there from 10 AM to 5 PM with the usual mix of gluten free, low sugar, low carb and diabetic-friendly bakes - including this month’s strawberry cupcakes 🍓🧁

And as always, there will be plenty of dairy free 🥛, egg free 🥚, nut free 🌰 and vegan 🌿 options too.
