This was a fun Moana one to make. Three layers of vanilla slingshots delicious vanilla buttercream and decorated with a buttercream finish plus fondant flowers and trees. The little characters were toys the client already had at home and asked to use.

What an honour it was to make this very special coffee and walnut cake for an 80th birthday. Almost half a kilo of walnuts and enough coffee for almost 40 espressos have this cake not just a delicious flavour but a wonderful aroma too.
