Forum Box: Kosmos explores the idea of a universe within a universe – where colour, material and composition come together in an organised chaos. Every work exists as its own world, while remaining part of something larger.

For a moment, boundaries dissolve. Between artwork and viewer, the everyday and the infinite.

Autumn has settled in St. George Bakery, bringing slower mornings, longer coffee breaks and a very good reason to stay inside.

Watch the city change through the windows, find your favorite pastry, still warm from the oven, order another coffee and let the afternoon take its time. Some seasons are simply better enjoyed from a table by the window 🍁

A new season of patisserie at St. George Bakery.

Three new creations have joined the counter:

Our take on the classic Pavlova – delicate, light, and made the St. George way with yuzu cremeaux, passion - mango jam ja vanilla chantilly,

Caramel chocolate mousse with yuzu and pistachio cake,

Hazelnut praline with coffee – white chocolate mousse and praline cream.

Difficult to decide which tastes better? You probably have to taste them all🤍
