Do you know what it is?
A perfect gift for … fathers’ day for example. Or for Christmas.
Let me introduce ”carré de café”
It’s made in France by a master chocolatier BUT this is not chocolate. Wait.. what?!
It’s coffee to eat.
Look and texture will confuse you, even first taste in your mouth will ”tell” you, this is chocolate but then the true nature of coffee will kick and with no doubt you will know you are now eating coffee.
A disturbing experience, for sure. Curious?
It’s made out of coffee beans, not cacao beans and then the process is quite similar to the chocolate one. But there is no cacao mass inside so it’s not chocolate 🤷🏼‍♂️

Best nine 2019.
This year has been very special to me. But whatever bad happened, something good came out of it.

Hello there, BIG news!!
Few years ago, I started baking macarons in my kitchen, just for the family. Then I did participate at Restaurant Day and pushed myself to bake more and started selling them.
But this year 2019 has been full of surprises (some good, some not so good but anyway....) Here we are.
