OUR BAKING CLASSES ARE NOW OPEN!

After many requests, we’re excited to officially launch our first baking workshops at Le Croissant Chaud.

Our first workshop:

Croissant Workshop 🥐

Learn the techniques behind authentic French viennoiserie, including:

• Dough preparation
• Fermentation and proofing
• Lamination techniques
• Shaping croissants and pains au chocolat
• Baking and finishing

Small groups only (4 to 6 participants) to ensure a hands-on experience and plenty of individual guidance.

Included:
• All ingredients and equipment
• Coffee or tea during the workshop
• Freshly baked pastries to take home
• Printed recipe booklet

After months of construction, dust, stress, excitement… and a lot of love, our dream is finally coming to life ✨

When we first got the keys, everything had to be built from scratch. Step by step, this space slowly transformed into the French artisan bakery we had imagined for so long.

Looking back at these before & after photos makes us realize how far we’ve come, and how excited we are to finally welcome you soon ❤️

Victoria… we’re coming soon 🤩

After months of waiting, challenges, delays, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes… things are finally coming together at Le Croissant Chaud 🥐

Our kitchen is taking shape, our equipment is being installed, and seeing our two bakers working in the space for the very first time feels incredibly special ✨

We’re not quite finished yet, there are still a few final steps before opening our doors, but we’re getting closer every day, and we truly can’t wait to welcome you soon to our little French bakery on Broad Street.

Thank you for all your patience, support, and excitement throughout this adventure. It means more than you know ❤️

We’re hiring! 🥐

Le Croissant Chaud is looking for two front-of-house team members to join us starting end of April.

• Approx. 30h/week (flexible)
• Approx. 20h/week (flexible)

We’re mainly looking for people who enjoy welcoming others, with a warm attitude and a natural sense of hospitality.
Cafe experience is a strong plus ☕

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
