Hi! My names Trinket, and I'm the baker at Trinket's Bakery! Just wanted to introduce myself here on my new page!
I have a lifetime of experience baking as it was a very common hobby in our house growing up. Most of which has been Vegan!
In the past 4-5 years after my partner developed a Gluten allergy, I've worked hard at perfecting gluten free and Vegan desserts for us to enjoy!
Im SO excited to be offering this treats now to you!
After working in the food industry professional for 7+ years, I come to see the demand for good quality, tasty, food and more specifically baked goods that are also Allergen and dietary restriction aware AND affordable.
As someone who has dietary restriction, and with a partner with allergies, I personally know what its like to have limited options, or worse, no options! I know how serious food is, and how dietary restriction and allergens are even more serious.
