I wanted to take a moment to address something I’ve seen recently regarding the price of my sourdough classes.
I completely understand that my class may not fit everyone’s budget, and that’s okay. We all have different budgets and priorities.
What I do want people to understand, however, is that my class is much more than simply spending three hours making a loaf of bread.
It is a private, hands-on experience where I share the knowledge and skills I’ve spent years developing. I provide the ingredients, supplies, sourdough starter, banneton, lame, recipe, 2 loaves of bread (one to eat and one to bake ), along with personal instruction and troubleshooting so you can actually understand the process and continue making sourdough successfully at home.
I’m also incredibly proud to have over 100 five-star reviews from my customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Those reviews come from people who have actually purchased my bread, experienced my service and know the quality I put into what I do. Their feedback means far more to me than opinions from people who have never tried my bread or taken my class.
My class isn’t going to be for everyone, and I completely respect that. But I also believe that everyone who is interested deserves the opportunity to make their own decision about whether it’s worth it.
So if you’ve bought my bread, taken a class, or experienced my baking in any way, I’d genuinely love to hear about your experience in the comments.
As a small home-based business, your support, recommendations and honest reviews mean more than you know.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Bake It Happen ♥️
