HE IS BACK AGAIN !!!!

HE JUST CALLED MY BRAMPTON LOCATION HARASSED ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES LITERALLY YELLS AT THEM DEMANDING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER IMMEDIATELY I FINALLY CALLED THE GUY BACK SAME EXACT GUY SAME THREAT THAT HE’LL DO A BAD GOOGLE REVIEW UNLESS I PAY FOR THE ONE DOZEN CUPCAKES THAT HE FOUND A HAIR IN
SAME EXACT STORY THAT HIS WIFE FOUND A HAIR IN ONE OF THE CUPCAKES BUT THEY THREW THEM ALL AWAY IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THEY WERE SO GROSSED OUT AND HAVE YOUR MANAGER CALL ME BACK IMMEDIATELY AND WHY CAN’T THEY GET ON THE PHONE NOW?
JUST VERY VERY NASTY

He sounds like a older man with an accent uses the name Daniel and I have all our texts from previous and told him
You know exactly who he is I have all of the old text all of the phone numbers ever associated with him as well as the current phone numbers and then I’m gonna report them to the police funny thing is he hung up on me

Recently, we’ve been receiving phone calls from individuals pretending to be customers - calling to “complain” about supposed purchases and then harassing our staff, demanding to speak with a manager or the owner.

Their goal is to obtain personal contact information so they can continue to harass people and pressure them for money.

The beauty of running a business is that we can see every transaction that takes place, making it easy to confirm when a claim is not genuine.

To our fellow businesses - please stay alert. Do not share personal information, and do not allow anyone to intimidate your team.

We take pride in offering excellent customer service and resolving real issues, but harassment and scams are absolutely not okay.

We also want to take a moment to say how much we appreciate our sweet community and your continued support. 💕 Your kindness and loyalty mean the world to us!
