Well! Dang! Big shout out to LADY MINTO HOSPITAL......as my dear departed Mother used to say, "If you learn one thing Greg, please take care of the people who take care of you".
Wise words, I suffer from a severe respiratory disease, and if it wasn't for the many, I certainly wouldn't be typing this.

Well Here's a Winner!
Had a bunch of fun making it, it was for a Lady I admire for lots of reasons.
I took a photo for inspiration and went through with it with my own "interpretation" as I don't copy ideas, I just use them as a guide, and add my usual whatever LOL. Yum!
(G/F Chocolate Crumb, and a blend of colour on the outside Creamcheese/Buttercream icing and Blueberries and giant Raspberries).

Well I do love Chocolate, I really do. I've been corrected. He loves Chocolate.
Chocolate cake, filling Buttercream/Creamcheese yup same Chocolate, doctored with an 90% Cocoa organic chunk fest. Dusted with yeh that stuff.

You're wish is my command.
I like my Chocolate around 82% Max minimum 75% but, that the range. For me. It's like coffee exactly the same mild, medium or dark roast.

What's you're favorite % or coffee profile.
