It's fun having two cultures sometimes!
We're lucky in our family to celebrate Easter twice , once as a protestant & once as a Romanian Orthodox. It's one of the joys of a Canadian mixed family! That's twice celebrating family, twice the hugs from the nephews, twice the delicious food & twice the leftovers!

What triggers your passion? Me: Passionfruit cake ! I bought a few passionfruit at the grocery store on a whim to see if I still got it! I do ,! 😜

I gobbled that right up... It's an orange diplomat cake , a sort of gelatinous orange flavored cream, a
Charlotte-style with the Lady fingers dipped in kirsh and sour cherry juice.
