My name is Lara, and I am the proud owner of LARA’S Coffee Bar & Bakery. I studied at The Private Hotel School where I graduated in 2021 and got my qualification for restaurant management. Ever since a young age, I had a very big passion for baking & trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Never did I know that my dream of opening up a restaurant will become a reality so soon in my life,
but here we are today, and I can’t be more thankful enough for this amazing journey lying ahead of me. Especially in a world of unknowns with a pandemic, but I rather saw this as an opportunity to think outside the box instead of making excuses. LARA’S Coffee Bar & Bakery is a fully operational coffee shop on wheels that will be available for weddings, birthdays, kitchen teas, or any other private functions. During the week LARA’S Coffee Bar & Bakery will be operating in my hometown, which is De Doorns or as most people know it – The Hex River Valley, so feel free to come by for a delicious coffee and snack on the go.
