Another classy favourite - Blue Cheese Stuffed Marinated Olives 🫒

With our favourite Masterchef contestant, Karen.

TOP TIP: This works perfectly with our pitted green olives. Available at selected retailers - Spar PicknPay and Checkers.

Ingredients:
Equal amounts of Cremezola cheese, Cream Cheese and Mascarpone
Zest of 1 lemon

Marinade:
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp sumac
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 clove crushed garlic
Juice of half a lemon
1/8 cup Willow Creek Lemon Flavoured Olive Oil

Directions:
In a food processor, add your Cremezola cheese, Cream Cheese and Mascarpone with lemon zest - pulse to combine.

Now, place your filling into a piping bag and stuff your olives.

Once stuffed, combine marinade ingredients. Stir well and serve.
