If you felt the cake was too small for your expectations, you simply raised your concern with us respectfully.

You had the option of purchasing from Woolworths, but you chose to place your order with me, and I prepared the cake according to the order that was placed.

We are open to constructive feedback and I'm happy to improve where necessary, but l also Model expect our work and business to be addressed with respect.
