🧺 Bestanddele:

2 × 360 g Crunchie sjokoladeblokke

2 koppies vars room (yskas-koud)

1 blik Caramel Treat

1 pakkie Tennisbeskuitjies (of Marie-beskuitjies)

Opsioneel: ekstra Crunchie-stukkies vir bo-op

👩‍🍳 Metode:

Druk die Crunchies fyn – los ’n paar growwe stukkies vir tekstuur.

Klits die room tot stywe punte vorm.

Vou die Caramel Treat liggies by die room in.

Voeg die fyngedrukte Crunchies by en meng liggies.

Pak ’n laag beskuitjies in ’n skottel (doop vinnig in melk as jy dit sagter verkies).

Smeer ’n laag van die Crunchie-roommengsel oor die beskuitjies.

Herhaal die lae en eindig met room bo-op.

Sprinkel ekstra Crunchie-stukkies bo-oor.

Laat stol in die yskas vir 4–6 uur (oornag is die beste).

CRUNCHIE TART

Easy • No-Bake • Crowd Favourite

Ingredients:

2 × 360 g Crunchie chocolate slabs

2 cups fresh cream, cold

1 tin caramel treat

1 packet Tennis biscuits (or Marie biscuits)

Optional: extra Crunchie bits for topping

Method:

Crush the Crunchies, leaving some chunky pieces for texture.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the caramel treat.

Lightly mix in the crushed Crunchies.

Layer biscuits in a dish (dip briefly in milk if you prefer them softer).

Spread a layer of the Crunchie mixture over the biscuits.

Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.

Sprinkle with extra Crunchie pieces.

Chill for 4–6 hours (overnight is best).

MARSHMALLOW – Tart

INGREDIENTS :

150 g Marshmallows cut in pieces
12 Glaced cherries in pieces
5ml Vanilla essence
250ml Fresh Cream
1 Can Condens milk
100g "Crushed pineapple"
125ml Lemon juice
Packet Graham crackers for base

METODE :

1.Mix the lemon juice and condensed milk together till stiff.

2.Mix the marshmallows and cherries into the condensed milk.

3.Mix the cream stiff. Add the vanilla essence and the pineapple into the cream.

4.Fold the condensed milk mix into the cream mixture.

5.Pak a layer of crackers on the bottom om the dish. Now pour the mixture over the crackers.

6.Place it in the fridge to set.

*Bestandele*
1x pakkie Tennis koekies
1x 250ml room
1x blikkie karamel
1x Peppermint Crisp sjokolade

*Metode*
1. Klits room tot styf
2. Sit karamel in aparte houer en meng tot sag
3. Meng dan die helfde van die karamel in room in en daarna 2de helfde
4. Maak sjokolade sommer in sy pakkie fyn
5. Meng sjokolade in room en karamel mengsel (los nog bietjie oor vir boonste laag)
6. Pak laag Tennis koekies in bak
7. Gooi lagie van die mengsel oor die koekies
8. Pak weer lagie koekies
9. Sit die res van die mengsel oor tweede laag koekies en strooi met laaste sjokolade
10. Sit in yskas oornag
11. Lek lippe af volgende dag en vra vir nog😊

🌿🍫 PEPPERMINT CRISP TART (ENGLISH)..........................................
A classic South African dessert – creamy, fresh and incredibly easy!

Ingredients:
• 1 packet Tennis biscuits
• 1 can (360 g) caramel condensed milk
• 1 cup (250 ml) fresh cream
• 1 Peppermint Crisp chocolate, grated
• Optional: extra Peppermint Crisp for topping

Method:
1. Whip the fresh cream until stiff.
2. Gently fold in the caramel condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the grated Peppermint Crisp and mix lightly.
4. Layer Tennis biscuits in the bottom of a glass dish.
5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
6. Repeat layers, finishing with a cream layer.
7. Sprinkle extra Peppermint Crisp on top.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Serve:

Best served chilled – perfect for gatherings, braais or a sweet treat anytime.

Peppermint Crisp Tart

1 x 500ml Fresh cream (beaten stiff)
1 x Can Caramel treat (beaten)
3 x Peppermint Crisp slaps crated (little bit left, to place over the tart)

*Mix all together

2 x Tennis biscuits

*Place the biscuits on the botem of the bowl you want to make the tart in.
*Through the Peppermint Crisp chocolate mixture over the biscuits (If you want, you can blace another layer biscuits then a layer mixture again ontop of the first one).
*Now straw the rest of the Peppermint Crisp chocolate you left aside when you grated it, over the tart.
*Place the tart in the fridge now to set.

Ice lollies

Ingredients
*1.7L Boiled water
* 1'Cup Ellis Brown
*1 Cup White Sugar
*3 Drops Food colouring
*3 Drops Vanilla essence

Method
In an empty bowl pour your boiled water
Add your cup of sugar stir until it dissolves
Add your cup of powdered milk stir until it dissolves

Separate your mixture into 2 or 3 bowls depending on how many colours you want to make
In each bowl it's 3 Drops of food colouring
And 3 Drops of vanilla essence in all your bowls .
FOR ICE LOLLIES IT'S THE SAME RECIPE
You freeze the 1st colour

1,7 litres of boiling water
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of Ellis brown creamer

Few drops of strawberry flavor and drop of pink food color (in the pink ones)

Few drops of vanilla essence and drop of yellow and blue food color in the lime green lollies.

I added 1/2 of cocoa and a drop of vanilla essence and 1cup of Ellis brown creamer,1 cup of sugar in 1,7 litres of boiling water for the brown lollies

Super simple 3-ingredient ice cream recipe:

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

There you have it! Simple, creamy, and delicious ice cream. Enjoy! 🍦

BUTTERMILK RUSKS

INGREDIENTS

◼️2 cups self raising flour
◼️½ cup buttermilk
◼️½ cup melted margarine
◼️5 tbsp white sugar
◼️1 egg
◼️1 tsp vanilla essence
◼️¼ tsp salt

🌟 INSTRUCTIONS

◼️Preheat the oven to 170 Degrees Celsius.

◼️In a large bowl sift flour ,salt and sugar .

◼️Add buttermilk, egg , vanilla, melted margarine and mix until well combined.

◼️Slightly flour your work surface. Transfer the dough and roll it into a ball and divide into two .

◼️Roll the two balls into logs (long sticks ) . And place in a lined baking tray.

◼️Bake for 30-35 minutes.

◼️Transfer in a cooling rack Let the bread cool off then cut into rectangular shapes and bake again for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

🌟 NOTE

◼️If you are using plain flour or all purpose flour add 2 tsp of baking powder.

◼️You can substitute melted margarine with vegetable oil. Don’t use butter for this recipe.

🍯 Thick Caramel Sauce

If you're looking for a sweet topping for cakes, apples, or other sweets, try this buttery caramel sauce. A little cream, sweetened condensed milk, and dark brown sugar make this thick and wonderful.

Things needed:
Stick with

1 cup of butter,
2 cups, tightly packed Dark brown sugar,
1 cup of golden syrup,
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened condensed milk,
4 teaspoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
Add salt to taste, using 1 teaspoon.

Instructions:

How to Melt Butter:
The butter should be melted over medium heat in a big, heavy-bottomed pot.
Combine the corn syrup and dark brown sugar by stirring in the packed sugar and corn syrup until well mixed. After the sugar has dissolved, keep stirring.
Fill up the gaps with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly as you slowly pour it in. Bring the ingredients to a low boil.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring often, for another five to seven minutes, or until mixture is thick. Make sure not to allow it to burn.
Whisk in the heavy cream, vanilla essence, and salt after taking the pan from the heat. To taste, add more salt or less as desired.
Before serving, let the caramel sauce cool a little. As it cools, it will get thicker. Put any excess in the fridge by transferring to an airtight container or jar.
Dessert Ideas: Top with ice cream, brownies, or cheesecake for a festive presentation.
Try it with some pretzels or apple slices for a dip.
For a caramelly sweet touch, just add a tablespoon to your coffee.
