**Fresh bread is coming back to Meadow Lakes Market this Thursday! 🍞**

A little behind-the-scenes note for my bread lovers:

The loaves you'll see this Thursday are made with **King Arthur Bread Flour**, which is different from the flour I used at the last market. After listening to feedback and doing more test baking, I've decided to go back to King Arthur for this batch. It gives me the texture and consistency I'm looking for, and I'm excited for you to try the difference.

I'll have fresh baked:

🍞 **Northern Tundra Classic** – soft, fluffy white sandwich bread
🌶🧀 **Glacier Ember** – cheddar jalapeño bread with a little kick
🍂 **Arctic Swirl** – cinnamon swirl bread perfect for toast, French toast, or sneaking a slice straight from the bag

Everything is baked from scratch in my home kitchen and made in small batches.

Still testing/practicing flavors, piping, and learning that piping has a mind of its own. 😅 I didn’t take a photo of the third cake. By the 3rd cake you could tell I was over the buttercream.

Huge shoutout to Southside Sourbros Sourbros for dropping off a beautiful sourdough loaf today! It was amazing and didn’t last an hour btwn my youngest daughter and I 🫣😂

I may be parting ways with Frodough, but don’t worry—Samrise is scheduled for a meetup later. The journey through Middle Earth apparently requires more sourdough starters than hobbits.

Thanks again to the crew at Southside Sourbros for sharing the bread and helping fuel my latest sourdough adventures. If you’re into crusty loaves, wild fermentation, and bread nerding, give them a follow.
