My current assistant recently moved to the Lower 48 and will continue supporting me remotely until I find someone new locally.

You must be over 18, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable with dogs — specifically the one pictured 🥰

This position will have varying hours and days based on business needs. Some shifts may be at my home (Wasilla, down KGB) helping care for Bandit, some will be at the bakery, running errands/pick ups, and others may involve remote tasks that can be completed from home.

I’ve been working to perfect this dough recipe for nearly a year. As it has a mix of flours and 5 seed types, all of which impact the hydration of the dough differently, it has been a lot of tweaking. I think this one will be the one, just a little 16 hour cold fermentation first 😅
